Preface

The book entitled, ‘Impact of Physical Exercises on Reproductive Health”, is a research study based report. In this study, the impact of physical exercises, especially, volleyball sport on the production and regulation of various hormones of fertile female sportspersons is studied.
This book is systematically chapterized as per University standard format into six chapters viz. Introduction, Conceptual framework, Review of Related Literature, Research Methodology, Results and Discussion and Summary and Conclusion.
In the first chapter, complete information about the study is provided. The second chapter includes the concepts related to females with special reference to sportspersons.
The research studies with similar studies are discussed in the third chapter. As the present study Pre and Post-Experimental designed, hence the similar type of studies are referred here in detail, with related objectives, hypotheses, methodology and data analysis and interpretation. The results are discussed in brief.
The fourth chapter includes, the details related to objectives, hypotheses, sample, sampling etc. of the study.
In the next two chapters, data analysis and interpretation with suitable statistical techniques, tabulation and graphs, the findings are discussed.
The Summary and Conclusion of the research study along with limitation and suggestions for the further studies is given in last chapter.
Further researcher has developed two questionnaires, Viz., Physical Fitness Questionnaire and Physiological test for Female Volleyball players, which helped to gain additional knowledge about the physical health related issues of fertile female volleyball players under the study.
Physical Education Research based on Experimental study can be a resourceful piece of work for research scholars and scientists in physical education and concerned cognate subjects as sports psychologists, sports coaches, and sportsperson, especially the researchers working with reference to female sports person’s health, fitness and performance related issues.
